Tartan is a classic print for everyday that can update modern silhouettes. Additionally it is very functional during the cold weather because it does not only keep you cozy, it looks great as well. There are various patterns with colorful and bright interpretations from classic to grunge styles which offers us multible, new styling choices. So just pick your favorite hues! Adding a black leather biker jacket is a really cool way to pimp the tartan trend. To avoid looking like too much of a fashion victim, pair the pattern with dark items like black tights for example. What a satisfying challenge to mix up two prints in different garments of my outfit! Today I feel like there is no other option to wear, and do I feel guilty for pairing tartan or plaid with leopard? No, not at all! I like it and it feels like me. In fashion you have to be brave sometimes. That’s actually the fun part to try new combinations. I am sure this mix might become one of my and the fashion scene’s most favourite trends this season. So don’t be surprised to see me remixing this combo in the future!
