Florals? For spring? Duh! Florals are all about having fun with clothing and they create joy and romance to everybody in spring. Perhaps this is why the floral trend is just always the one that will never go away. Today I am wearing a set of an all-over blossom printed neoprene shirt and skirt from Vila. Whether as a skirt or a jacket, the floral look always looks divine. Fashion’s ongoing love affair with floral prints continues this spring, especially on materials like neoprene. Since spring 2013 new designs popped up with oversized floral motifs that even included 3D designs. For those of you who aren’t that enthusiastic about florals there are dark prints as well. Flowers don’t have to be always colorful, girly and bright. As well there are moody floral designs for winter with dark color palettes or embroidered on luxe jacquard fabrics. These will give the blooming print a dash of danger and drama. So don’t hesitate to integrate dark florals into your wardrobe!
