Creating personalized emoticons with the “Bitmoji” app
Recently I discovered a really great emoticons’ app which is called Bitmoji! I love this app!
It allows you to create personalized and very expressive cartoon avatars for your smartphone.
It’s so fun especially since we can use the emoticons in snapchat now. They can be added to Snapchat snaps and to stories.
Just make sure you updated the latest version of Snapchat (version 9.35.0.0 on iOS) and downloaded the Bitmoji app of course. Then open Bitmoji, sign up with your Snapchat account and start creating your personal avatar. There are many options: Choose from a huge library of stickers and change the outfits of your avatar any time. Finally save your Bitmoji and link it to your Snapchat account. To add them to your Snapchat photos choose the “paper” icon next to the “T” one. Swipe to the left and you will see your avatar in all different kinds of poses. Tap the one you want to choose to add it to your Snap photo, then resize and re-position it as you like!
If you and a friend have both embeded Bitmoji in Snapchat, you will see “friendmojis” that include both of you when you send them chats or replies to their Snap photos.
